Billing and Subscription
Billing and Subscription
wallmarkets uses plan-based access, but not every account will see a full self-serve billing workspace in the app today.
That is the important starting point. If you are looking for a traditional SaaS billing panel with cards, invoices, and plan switches exposed to every account, your experience may vary depending on how your account was set up.
This guide explains the practical billing posture readers should expect right now.
What billing usually means in wallmarkets
For most teams, billing decisions sit with the account owner or the person handling the commercial relationship with wallmarkets.
That normally includes:
- choosing the plan level
- keeping company and owner details current
- handling invoice or renewal questions
- coordinating upgrades or account changes with the wallmarkets team when needed
If several people use the product, it is worth deciding internally who owns those conversations so plan questions do not drift between operations and finance.
Plan structure
wallmarkets publicly describes three plan levels:
- Free
- Pro
- Business
The exact feature set that matters to you will depend on how you use the product: operational reporting, API usage, onboarding support, or account scale.
If you need a plan clarification, treat that as a commercial conversation rather than guessing from old marketing copy.
What you should keep accurate in the app
Even when billing itself is handled outside a full self-serve billing tab, your account settings still matter.
Keep these details current in Updating Your Profile:
- company name
- owner or primary account email
- any account identity details your team relies on internally
That reduces friction when invoices, renewals, or plan changes need attention.
If you need to change plan or billing details
The safest current advice is straightforward:
- confirm who owns billing on your side
- gather the exact change you need
- contact wallmarkets through Contact if the app does not expose that control directly
That is better than assuming a hidden billing screen exists and wasting time hunting for it.
Cancellations and data caution
Billing questions and account deletion are not the same thing.
If your goal is to stop service, change a plan, or ask about invoicing, do not use the Delete Account action as a shortcut. Deletion is a destructive account-level action, not a billing workflow.
Before any major account change, make sure you have exported the delivery, return, and reporting data your team may need later.
A practical internal checklist
If you are the person responsible for billing hygiene, make sure these questions have clear answers:
- Who is the owner of the wallmarkets account?
- Which email should receive commercial communication?
- Who approves plan changes?
- Who needs exported data if the account changes or closes?
Those decisions prevent most billing confusion before it starts.
